Louise Turpin's Sister Thinks She Deserves Life in Prison for Her 'House of Horrors' Crimes (Exclusive)
On January 14, 2018, David and Louise Turpin were arrested and charged with torturing and holding their 13 children captives in what has been dubbed the "House of Horrors." Thousands of miles away, Louise's sister Teresa Robinette was shocked to discover her nieces and nephews were starved, beaten, and abused by their seemingly normal parents. Since the arrest, Teresa, along with her half-brother Billy Lambert, have been struggling to put the pieces together and find out what went wrong. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Teresa revealed that she hopes the parents get life behind bars for what they did to their family. "Absolutely. I think they deserve everything they've got coming to them," Teresa said of her sister's and brother-in-law's upcoming court case involving over 40 charges of abuse, torture, false imprisonment, and a lewd act on a child under 14. Louise Turpin's Sister and Brother Are Hoping to Adopt Youngest "House of Horrors" Kids (Exclusive)
It's been three months since David and Louise Turpin were arrested and charged with torturing and holding their 13 children captive. Now, Louise's sister Teresa Robinette and her half-brother Billy Lambert tell In Touch exclusively that they are trying to adopt the youngest six kids following their experience in the "House of Horrors." "I want to. I'm at the point where I feel like I can help, so I would like to," Billy said before explaining how he hopes to talk to lawyers and Child Protective Services soon. "I think if we can keep them in the family and help them grow as a kid into an adult that would be great." However, Teresa points out that they might not be able to adopt the kids due to financial constraints. "Me and my brother Billy were going try to adopt ourselves, just the younger ones, but we knew there was no...

"House of Horrors" Mom Louise Turpin Is in Denial About Her Crimes, According to Her Sister
David and Louise Turpin made headlines when they were arrested for holding their 13 children captive in their California home. Now, two months after the "House of Horrors" couple was charged with torturing and starving their kids, ranging in age from 2 to 29, relatives of the family appeared on The Dr. Oz Show to give an update on the pair behind bars. Louise's sister, Elizabeth Flores, and her cousin Patricia Andreassen spoke on the daytime talk show after visiting Louise in prison. According to Elizabeth, she had no idea the Turpins were "capable of this evil" and revealed that the siblings were victims of childhood abuse themselves — explaining how Louise would sacrifice herself to the family member to protect her sister and cousins from being abused. "That's why it's so shocking that she wouldn't protect her own kids," she explained. It’s a story that’s haunted the nation. Louise and David Turpin...
