Has played a judge in 14 different productions, from a judge in La loi de Los Angeles (1986) in 1987 to Judge Matsumura in Boston Justice (2004) in 2006.

He has been in over 200 projects, including extensive cartoon voice-over work, and starred as "Admiral Nakamura" on Star Trek: La nouvelle génération (1987).

Has played a medical doctor in at least 24 different movies and TV shows.

Attended Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois as theater major, graduating in 1970.

In All in the family (1971) he played with Sally Struthers in her last episode as Reverend Chong and then years later in Une famille presque parfaite (2002) as her husband Johnny.
