Johan Stensrud is working clearing mines in war ridden Mocambique, where he has taken over for a newly dead colleague. He finds out that the cause of death isn't at all natural, but few are interested. Johan starts his own investigations.
The steamship D/S Oster was built in 1908 for the Indre Nordhordland Dampbåtlag and served until 1964, when it was the last coal-fired steamship in regular service in Norway. Some zealots tried to preserve it.
From when the small sailing ship Svanen - the Swan - was built in Svendborg in 1916 to the present day. First sailing cargo vessel that was preserved for future generations - and today over 18000 young people have been on a trip with it.
