Jurassic whatever was kind of mind blowing, how it was absolutely devoid of any thrills or excitement that would come from a reasonably well crafted story, not razor thinly drawn characters, or anything resembling a story worth telling.
It mostly felt like the video that would play on a generic interactive theme park ride version, with 2D non characters barely reacting to obvious Cgi Dinos roaming around. There never felt like there was any real threat to these actors saying words, and the dinos just felt listless and tired, not even really trying to hunt...just go "rawr..." like a little kid every now and then. And even when they did eat some one, it was painfully boring.
I can't believe David Koepp wrote this, it felt more like chat gpt copied all the JP movies, then someone went over it and took all the fun bits out.
I had zero expectations for this, but wow...that was impressively dull, generic, and lazy:p.

This film is the gift our dying civilization truly deserves!! Pure anxiety hilariously cranked to 11, with amazing performances from a phenomenal cast, an amazing script that undulates between profoundly personal idiosyncrasies and gut bustingly hysterical madness! Absolutely no way to succinctly explain any of this chaos, one simply has to experience it for themselves, just buy the ticket and take the ride...as many times as you can! It's the kind of film I wish was more a mini series, as there's no way to predict what's going to happen next, and you want to spend as much time in this universe as possible!
I doubt Aster will ever make anything on this level again, a supreme work of the soul that needs to be celebrated far more!! GO WATCH IT!

In A Tedious, Tensionless Nature finally proves that you can make an exhaustingly boring slasher that puts you to sleep despite having pretty decent gore...avoid at all costs!!
This movie seems like it wants to frustrate the audience as much as humanly possible, not having the slightest understanding of how to build characters, tension/dread, or anything even interesting. It's a slow, dull slog of watching a guy walk around, victim characters randomly talking about none sense to fill the interminable time it takes the killer to get to them. If it's supposed to be a satire or parody, it just falls utterly flat, as the kills just look like a guy in a suit, ripping up a bunch human looking props...which look great, but not in this insufferably boring movie...
If anyone knows the director, writer, producer...shame them...SHAME THEM HARD!
