It was not easy to sit in the theatre when the movie began with a terrible slow start .I looked at my watch several times ....dont know when i stopped it ...started to feel it.The movie had its most frames on two characters of the father and daughter played by Mammootty and Saadhana.In Some scenes the director simply kept closeup up shots of them for conveying the intensity of the scenes.A big applause to Cinematrogarphy and BGM as it grabbed the idea of the movie with the perfect match.Promising and a positive climax made the movie more better to me and for that climax a 10/10 is given as i never felt sad for the characters but felt happy for them.No Melodrama,No unneeded sentiments ,No tragedy Ending ,,,,,A classic is born ...

don't know why ....a 6.1 rating to this movie..happened to be the best classic thriller Indian movie made in malayalam which was then later taken in 4 regional languages ....mammootty as everyone know best for his stiff and style roles made this one his best...the movie been inspired from a foreign language film ..only loosely connected is a movie which will remembered like any other classics....iam sure it will be remade in malayalam in the near future....the movie has its quality beyond time....as it is a commercial classic i call...mammotty..the legendary actor with his mesmerizing performance..the view of newdelhi..joshi..excellent direction.....exceedingly brilliant story and screenplay...by Dennis Joseph...hats off to everyone

ridley scott ..returning to sci fi....after a long gap....for directing prequel to alien..honestly i dreamed about prometheus last year every day of my life...how ridley is going to do it..and was very excited ...as alien is one of my most favorites.....and finally ..i saw it.....there was only 20 people in the theatre as..in my native place kerala...in India...hardly no fans for alien..and the title prometheus was not familiar even if there are any....now come to the movie...the beginning shot of the earth long back..before time as it say was well shot .and the background score was well done....then the engineers come ..which was a little surprising as i assumed a different look for them..anyway....the adventure begins in a style....lately when things get a little bad when the crew members talk...i felt they are acting in a play or something....bad acting and bad screenplay....ridley sir...cant you put a little more attention to that.....any way...the true dark horror that i was expecting like the alien movie..in 1979...slowly happened in prometheus which went into its peak by that med pod scene which is brilliantly shot...like that of the chest bursting scene in alien.hats off ridley..back in old style.and class..but again things went bad...as it reached the zombie adaptation of the crew member which is terrifically bad....towards the end i expected a little more depth horror and thrill..but the movie changed to an adventure exploring movie which wasn't i expecting....any way for that med pod scene..and overall shots and technical brilliance...background score...i remember prometheus ..and waiting for a sequel which fulfills what i expected to see more in prometheus..it needs to be more horrifying and depth dark movie.....wish to see it soon
