There is nothing specifically wrong about this series. Unfortunately, there is nothing specifically endearing about it either.
Ehsaas Channa is a really good actor though, and deserves better opportunities.
The script is simply bland, boring, and life-less. The forced product placement only makes it worse. Consider it an elongated ad, and not a work of fiction in the first place.
For someone who is absolutely bored, and simply wants to pass time, this is not entirely the worst choice.
For everyone else, time is valuable, and must opt for something else. The story simply does not take any direction, whatsoever.

Season 1 has artistic integrity. Bhuvan Bam wants to capture visuals which are for the large part - ignored by mainstream fiction.
The story in Season 1 is relatable, it has lots of novelty. This attempt was a worthy initiative.
Season 2 is just another thriller, too long drawn. One thing that is characteristic of all superhero, superpower stories is that the hero does not get hit all that much.
The audience, the common man has plenty of defeats in daily life, which is why they look for the next superhero story, a release, a fantasy, a willing suspension of disbelief. But Bhuvan has to pick a side. Does he want to write a Documentry which rings true, or does he wants to entertain? This series simply got caught between the two in Season 2.

It is fun, it has a story, it is Anurag Kashyap.
I always felt Anurag Kashyap was too deep. This is like by the so called "smart." But smart don't always like dark. Anurag Kashyap movies are too dark.
So theoritically if Anurag Kashyap tries something dark but more fun, more relaxed, and not so serious or deep...
Let us see.
Also, OTT is on decline, not just Bollywood. There simply is too much mediocrity dictated by audience's taste. Maybe story tellers need to write what the audience needs and not what it already likes.
If you only watch something you believe in or like, you never learn anything.
