Old Roy Rogers western. Only entertaining when you have nothing better to do. The story is simple and the situations are standard. Done a hundred times before. A few good action scenes and a good supporting cast are the only things that make this movie at least a bit watchable. George "Gabby" Hayes and Noah Beery are the only highlights in this B-Movie.

Only for Roy Rogers fans I think.

At first I have to say that if you expect a real James Bond parody this is not your movie. You ´ll be disappointed. But this no surprise. There were more attempts and they never really worked. But if you like Rowan Atkinson and Natalie Imbruglia this movie is quiet entertaining. Atkinson is really a show of it´s own and I think this film is just a vehicle for him. Imbruglia is really good in her part. I hope we will see more of her next time. It´s true most of the gags are not new( some are directly taken from The Naked Gun I believe) but the editing is fast enough that they still work. Some of them are a bit tasteless. But that´s one´s own choice. The story is weak but that is not very important for this kind of movie. Many action films this movie takes off even have not a good story. To be short. If you don´t take it too seriously and don´t expect too much you will have two entertaining hours. If you are really a Bond fan simply forget it. I give it 6 out of 10

Well photographed drama about neglected wife(Helm) and weak husband (Diessl). Brigitte Helm is very good in her part as frustrated woman who tries to escape from her boring marriage. A bit slow moving sometimes but worth to see it. Reconstructed in 1998. Thomas Kunze
