The best for kimpau. Their characters are well portrayed. Kudos to their undeniable chemistry. They can win mutiple awards I'm sure. This series is a clear masterpiece. I can't ask for more. Looking forward for the next episodes. I'm really hooked with the story. It's not typical filipino story. Congratulations!

From Nov. 7, 2025 first two episodes, definitely anticipating every Friday for the next episodes to unfold. Kim and Paulo are top-tier actors and the production is world class. This series definitely deserves the global audience. Now streaming in 240 countries and territories. Congratulations to Team The Alibi.
Grabe it ended on a high note!
I think this is the best original Pinoy series I have ever seen. Walang lumaylay. There are a few minor plot holes, but those can easily be polished if it gets released on other platforms. Sobrang galing ng acting. No cast member was there just for a 'glam shot' before being written off, lahat may ambag. Although my KimPau heart wishes there was an alternate conclusion, the ending really fits.

After the success of their hit Prime Video series, "Linlang", Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino reunites for the fourth time in "The Alibi". It is one of the Filipino TV series that is truly a must see! It fabulously tackles mystery and crime drama featuring themes of broadcast journalism, corruption, social hierarchy, power dynamics fueled by money and sex, the hypocrisy of the opulent, moral dilemmas and the dangerous interplay of love and passion.
The cinematography is great, it captures the beautiful city of Cebu. The series' cinematic experience was mind boggling and the cast did an exceptional job. Paulo Avelino has always meet the viewers expectation. He masterfully delivers every line and it was just amazing!
Kim Chiu in her most daring performance to date, proved how much of a great actress she is. She delivers a powerful performance, adding real spark and nuance to her character. The comedic timing, emotional depth, and raw portrayal of Stella Marie Morales are beyond impressive.
John Arcilla is really a powerful actor. From Carlos Fiero to Arthur Cabrera is a role he mastered very well and managed to deliver it in the best way possible. Zsa Zsa Padilla and Irma Adlawan are wonderful, their character as Jacqueline Cabrera and Rebecca Morales wouldn't be as effective and incredible if it wasn't for them.
Sofia Andres is a promising actress. She was good in it. Her delivery and depth perfectly complement the mystery and tension of the story. Her portrayal of a scheming vixen adds twists and turns that keep viewers on edge.
However, Rafael Rosell was a revelation. He showed his versatility and passion as an actor. Matthew Cabrera is the most interesting character for me. He is wildly submissive and dangerous, he's likely to explode any time. I love how he portrayed his character.
The directors - the trio of Onat Diaz, FM Reyes and Jojo Saguin under ABS-CBN's Dreamscape Entertainment, stayed true to their background with this farce.
"The Alibi" was indeed an excellent series and story to cater to all the international viewers around the world! It isn't only about justice but it also speaks about the societal and political issues that we face today. Truly deserving for the awards. Bravo!
All episodes of "The Alibi" are streaming exclusively on Prime Video in the Philippines and across over 240 countries and territories.

Kim and Paulo's best so far. The acting was truly great. You cannot see Paulo and Kim but rather Vincent and Stella. Kim was a revelation, ohhhh that dancing! Mesmerized!
The cinematography was far the best, true class.
A stellar cast, prowess acting and Cebu, wow it was beautiful!
I can watch it everyday!
