Eric Guilmette continues to prove why he's a powerhouse on the vertical screen and a rising force in the horizontal space. He brings his all to this role, embodying the alpha perfectly-strong, protective, and deeply conflicted as he navigates duty, fate, and personal demons. His chemistry with Abigail Fawn is undeniable, and their push-and-pull dynamic keeps you hooked.
Abigail Fawn shines in what I believe is her first lead role in a vertical. She delivers a layered performance, making you root for her character even as she faces opposition and challenges that test her resilience. She holds her own against Eric's commanding presence, and together, they create a powerful emotional arc.
The supporting cast adds even more richness to the narrative. Justin Landers is fantastic as the beta, whose loyalty and personal struggles bring an extra layer of depth to the story. And as usual, Shay Deneen and Kelsey Maskell masterfully play the antagonists. Their characters were so easy to hate-they brought just the right amount of arrogance, manipulation, and ruthlessness to make you root against them at every turn. A good villain makes a story even stronger, and they delivered perfectly.
I really enjoyed this one. It had me hooked from start to finish, and I was able to watch it all the way through in one sitting-which doesn't always happen! It's one of those verticals I'd absolutely go back and watch again.
This vertical seamlessly blends themes of redemption, loyalty, and fate, keeping you engaged from start to finish. It takes familiar storytelling elements and elevates them, making it a standout in this season.
