Kleks i wynalazek Filipa Golarza

First of all movie is uneven, like it was merged from two different parts. First feels like a showcase of technical abilities of dev team. There is simply no story (and this is individual opinion of kids that watched this picture, which I strongly agree). It looks more like stoned vision of someone who doesn't know what to convey, except DEI and LGBT agenda, which are firmly exposed. Made by lost children, but not for children. Actors seem to be stressed much, like they don't know what to do, dialogues are barely understandable due to their trismus. There's no natural flow, I was feeling the pain of coercion and resignation. Author's tried to discuss emotions, but it seems like they have problems with emotions themselves, due to drugs use and sexual abusement, what is clearly visible in their forms of expression. Overall it's sad, bad trippy and trying to be like Pirates of Caribbean, but with pityful results. However, technically it's very good.

Second part tries to focus more on important problem of digitization of life. I appreciate this. However, producers focus mainly on evil, bad creatures, destruction and such. It's sad and overwhelming.

In general I didn't like this movie as it's depressing, forcing harmful ideology and symbols, jokes are lame, and definitely not for kids. Movie is a trip of badly hurt children which can only be understood by other badly hurt children, with compassion and love. As a su ject for psychologists and psychiatrists. But I don't recommend it for families with kids. And I think using the name of Jan Brzechwa for this picture is a vivid malpractice.

I had the opportunity to see the pre-premiere of the film "Kleks i Wynalazek Filipa Golarza". I left the cinema happy, although not fully satisfied. Maybe I'll write first about what I think was successful.

First of all (just like in the first part), the soundtrack is very good. Songs that premiered before December 25 are not forced into the film, but we hear fragments of them at the end, during the closing credits, and those that are already included in the film are not perfidiously interrupted (except for the song "Len") as in the case of most of the songs in "Kleks Academy".

This also means improved assembly. It was helped by the plot and the fact that we are not in a hurry (well, at least most of it). And finally - less slow motion! But there is more of the great Tomasz Kot as Ambrozy Kleks. We focus more on the story of this hero + Filip Rakvelle (played brilliantly by Janusz Chabior). Moreover, just like last time, the entire cast is excellent (Katarzyna Nosowska certainly deserves a mention).

The second part of the trilogy had a much more difficult start - we were surprised by the wonderful special effects, landscapes and costumes in the first film. So everything had to be carried out by the script, editing and story. As we already know, the latter element has been improved, but the latter is less engaging than last time.

We start the show with a very nice introduction and then we see a scene cut from the first part (which can be watched on Netflix, in the extended version). Then the creators gave themselves a gift by coming up with the idea of sending Professor Kleks to the real world and they didn't use it (just like Mateusz teaching the lesson). How?! Why?! This could have been a gem, but all we got was a good airport comedy bit.

Even though not much happens in the first hour of the film, it is very enjoyable to watch.

When Ambrozy reaches where he wanted to go and the "real" action begins, questions arise again in our minds to which the creators do not provide us with answers. And at the same time, once again they do not take advantage of the opportunity to create a great duel on the screen - I mean the gift that Vincent gave to Ada in the first part. Although I must admit that the ending is pretty good.

I realize that both available parts of the trilogy were apparently shot at the same time, so the creators did not have a wide range of possibilities for improvements, but with "Dziedzictwo Kleksa" they already have it. I keep my fingers crossed that we won't have "Enough" of this series, but "The Rain Will Pass" and the creators will take us to "To the Stars".
