Some censorship changes were made to the original game's content. Such as:
- The erotica bonus for taking photos was removed.
- Larry, the butcher psychopath no longer looks or sounds like a full Chinese man.
- Cliff the psychopath no longer calls Frank "Viet Cong" or a "communist".
- Cheryl the survivor no longer wears fishnets and her dress covers up her chest more.
