What a pleasant surprise from Nivin Pauly, and what a refreshing comeback for the feel good Malayalam genre. For the past few months, Malayalam cinema has been lacking decent, simple comedy and feel good movies. The industry seemed almost flooded with mystery thrillers, serial killer stories, and horror films. This movie comes as a huge relief
In my opinion, making a good comedy or feel good film requires more genuine talent than making a thriller. Thrillers can often borrow basic ideas from foreign novels or films that most Malayalam audiences may never discover, even years later. But comedy and feel good films need originality, strong writing, and, most importantly, likable actors. This is where the film truly succeeds. Nivin Pauly is extremely likable, as always, and he carries the film effortlessly. It would be criminal not to mention the new face, Riya Shibu. Her performance is the heart and soul of the movie. The lovable ghost girl feels like a real, everyday 2025 schoolgirl quirky, genuine, and warm someone who might remind you of your own younger sister. This is exactly what Malayalam movies have been missing lately: characters you genuinely care about and a homely atmosphere rooted in a specific location. Malayalam cinema has always excelled at immersing audiences in Kerala's landscapes and everyday life, and this film brings that magic back. After a year where many films lost that connection, this movie feels like rain on dry soil. An absolute gem of a family-friendly film. Highly recommended.

Such a relief of a film . Through Sarvam Maya, I finally got to see the Nivin I had been longing to watch after a long time, along with some mannerisms that only Nivin can pull off. So happy to see him in a character like this.
Riya Sibu also turned into a character that really stays with you. While watching the film, you can't help but wish that even if it's an illusion, having a little delulu like that would be nice. Turning a character that should slip away once it's over into someone everyone feels attached to that's something Riya managed beautifully, and that itself is a win.
There's so much more I want to say, but I'll stop here. It's nothing over the top just a film that fills your heart, and that's enough.

An absolute joyride from start to finish, this movie turns out to be far more than just a casual watch-it's a genuinely feel-good cinematic experience that lingers long after the credits roll. Crafted with warmth, restraint, and sincerity, the film reflects Akhil's sensitive storytelling, where emotions are allowed to breathe naturally rather than being forced upon the audience. There is an ease in the narration that makes the film instantly relatable, pulling you into its world without any effort.
What truly elevates the movie to another level is Nivin's performance. He doesn't rely on loud dialogues or dramatic moments; instead, it's his subtle expressions, body language, and quiet pauses that do most of the talking. Those small, almost unnoticeable gestures-the slight smile, the hesitant glance, the understated humor-add layers to his character and make him incredibly real. It's a reminder of how powerful restrained acting can be when done right. Boyyy, those subtle behaviors alone are enough to carry several scenes effortlessly.
The film strikes a beautiful balance between humor, emotion, and simplicity. It doesn't try to impress with grand twists or exaggerated drama; instead, it wins hearts through honest moments and genuine human connections. The screenplay flows smoothly, making the runtime feel light and engaging, while the dialogues feel organic and rooted in everyday life. Each scene feels purposeful, contributing to the overall warmth of the narrative.
Technically too, the movie complements its soul. The music blends seamlessly with the mood, enhancing emotions without overpowering them, while the visuals maintain a pleasant, comforting tone that matches the film's feel-good nature.
Overall, this is a movie that makes you smile, reflect, and simply feel good. It's the kind of film that reminds you why subtle storytelling and grounded performances still matter. Truly more than worth a watch-it's an experience to be enjoyed and cherished.

It's a cute horror story where the music stands out and the comedy works naturally without feeling forced. The writing is good and keeps the story engaging, though the direction feels mid at times and could have been tighter. Overall, it's a feel-good, watchable romantic emotional drama that works well as a light family entertainer...
