Bulletproof

I laughed, I cried (multiple times), and at the end I cheered. This finale and the season as a whole were phenomenal in taking the characters to new places while showing their evolutions along the way. Jimmy and Kayla really are the dream team and I'm so glad the actors were both made series regulars this year. They're now no longer a side show but part of the heart and soul of the show. The two of them threatened to steal this episode which is hard to do when you have the acting master class that is Jean Smart. But that honor in this episode goes to Hannah Einbinder who absolutely killed the big scene that we had been building up to for three seasons now. Ridiculously excited for season four now!

This season finale was brilliant. I admit the first two seasons were intriguing enough to string me along, but I didn't really miss the show during its hiatus. But season 3 was LIT.

Each episode was unique and not a carbon copy of the previous, you saw real growth with both characters and I did NOT see the season finale coming.

But the cameos to B stories, to random events all were just fantastic. It felt like it was more in tune and leaning into the strengths of the show. Also, the realism of working in entertainment being displayed was comforting, especially considering the current climate.

I was snapping my fingers at the end and cannot wait for Season 4. I CANNOT WAIT.

WOW was this season incredible. This episode was a perfect conclusion to what was probably my favorite season of the entire show. Deborah's goal of getting the late night show was such an interesting direction for the series, and created some really fun episodes and scenes. This episode in particular, and the way it ends... WOW. I'm constantly fascinated by the relationship between Ava and Deborah, and it really came to a head here. I'm fascinated to see what's next in Season 4. Give Jean Smart the Emmy, please. She deserves it. And give the writers some Emmys, because these scripts were fantastic.

Brilliant! I don't think I've ever watched such an amazing show! From the script to the actors. Hanna is such an amazing actress that she keeps surprising me, her last scene with Debroha was insane she played it so well so much emotions the way her facial expressions changed in reaction to Debroh was just astonishing. Give her an Emmy an Oscar already, although I really wanted debroh to come back to her apologizing but I understand this is not that type of a show and they really wanted a season 4, so no complains here. I'm really looking forward to next season and how their relationship will evolve. Pat on the back for everyone involved in creating this show.

I literally quit Hacks after season 1 because I found it average. Months after Hacks released its third season, I decided to give it another try and was shocked by how much they had increased the quality, the drama, and the comedy. I loved the second season, and even the third season didn't disappoint. It's super fun when a comedy show is binge-worthy and has so much engaging content.

Coming to this episode, despite the high ratings, I didn't find the ending believable. The problem was that what happened didn't feel realistic; it seemed more like a dramatic sequence designed to ensure the network would renew the show. When Ava found out about the lie, the story became interesting, and that scene was shocking, but what happened afterward didn't seem right or believable. It could have been presented in a much better way. Although what happened in the end will stick in my mind for a very long time, I have seen this scene on repeat, and it will make season 4 an interesting watch. But I hope it stays consistent. They shouldn't make everything happy and good just after a few episodes. I love the cast, especially Hannah, and hope to see her in other shows and movies. Overall, it's one of the best comedy shows streaming right now and a must-watch.
