Roboforce totally caught me off guard in the best way. I went in expecting just another flashy animated series, but what I got was a genuinely funny, visually impressive show that doesn't take itself too seriously-and that's kind of its secret weapon.
What really makes Roboforce stand out is the humor. It's sharp, self-aware, and often completely absurd in the best possible way. The jokes land hard, whether it's through quick one-liners, ridiculous robot antics, or just the sheer randomness of the situations the characters find themselves in. I found myself laughing out loud more than I expected, and that's saying something.
It's one of those shows where you can tell the creators were passionate about making something entertaining and weirdly heartfelt. If you're into animated series that lean into style, fun, and clever comedy, Roboforce is absolutely worth checking.

I had an absolute blast watching this show. It instantly gave me that nostalgic Saturday morning cartoon feeling, like something I grew up with, but with a modern polish. If you're looking for something fun, lighthearted, and genuinely entertaining, this is a gem. Perfect for kids, but honestly just as enjoyable for adults. It's a great pick for family viewing.
Visually, the animation is top-tier-vibrant, clean, and full of personality. And the voice acting? Phenomenal. Every character feels alive and distinctive. I was impressed by how seamlessly the voices fit their characters-it's clear a lot of love and talent went into casting and direction.
Major props to Brian Volk-Weiss, the creator. He really knocked it out of the park with this one. The pacing, the humor, the heart-it's all there.

This show popped up on Tubi and I gave it a shot. I was skeptical at first because I don't know anything about the franchise, but the story is so fun and exciting, it found myself hooked. It starts off a little slow in the first episode, but it really starts to build quickly the further you get through the show. In the end, I felt really connected with Max and the rest of the roboforce. The show had some funny moments, some emotional moments and a lot of action. I think my nephew and niece will like the show a lot. They do a great job making the characters lovable. I found myself rooting for the roboforce and fully invested by the end.

The arrival of RoboForce: The Animated Series on Tubi is nothing short of a delightful surprise, injecting a vibrant and modern sensibility into a classic property. For those familiar with the original RoboForce toy line, this animated adaptation offers a compelling and fresh perspective, while newcomers will find an engaging and action-packed narrative with a surprising amount of heart. This isn't just a nostalgia trip; it's a well-crafted series that stands on its own merits, promising an exciting ride for viewers of all ages.
From the moment the energetic opening sequence hits the screen, it's clear that RoboForce: The Animated Series has a distinct visual style. The character designs are sharp and expressive, retaining the core aesthetics of the original robots while updating them with a sleek, contemporary edge. Each member of the RoboForce team is instantly recognizable yet feels newly invigorated, boasting unique visual cues that reflect their personalities and abilities. The animation itself is fluid and dynamic, bringing the robotic world of 2089 Detroit to life with a kinetic energy that keeps the pace brisk and engaging. The environments are richly detailed, painting a picture of a futuristic cityscape that feels both advanced and lived-in.
The series excels in establishing a compelling premise that immediately draws the viewer in. Set in a future where the once-celebrated RoboForce has become obsolete, the narrative cleverly sets the stage for an underdog story. These aren't your typical invincible heroes; they are a team of robots relegated to mundane tasks, their heroic potential seemingly lost to the sands of time. This initial setup provides a fertile ground for character development and allows for a narrative arc centered around redemption and the rediscovery of purpose. The central conflict that arises throws the established order into chaos, creating a genuine sense of urgency and raising the stakes for our metallic protagonists.
What truly shines in RoboForce: The Animated Series is the strength of its characters. Each member of the RoboForce team possesses a distinct personality that bounces off the others in entertaining ways. The interactions between them are a highlight, filled with witty banter and moments of genuine camaraderie. The series takes the time to explore their individual quirks and motivations, making them relatable and engaging beyond their robotic exteriors. You'll find yourself quickly invested in their journey, rooting for them as they navigate the challenges thrown their way. The voice acting across the board is excellent, with each performer bringing a unique flavor to their respective roles, further enhancing the distinctiveness of the characters.
The storytelling in RoboForce: The Animated Series is smart and well-paced. The narrative unfolds in a way that keeps you guessing, introducing new elements and challenges that maintain a high level of intrigue. While the action sequences are undoubtedly thrilling and creatively staged, the series also understands the importance of character-driven moments. There's a good balance between the high-octane robotic skirmishes and the quieter scenes that delve into the relationships and inner workings of the team. This thoughtful approach ensures that the series has both excitement and emotional resonance.
Furthermore, the world-building in RoboForce: The Animated Series is subtly effective. While the focus remains firmly on the core characters and their immediate challenges, the series hints at a larger, more complex world. The glimpses we get of future Detroit and the technological landscape are intriguing, suggesting a rich backdrop against which the main story unfolds. This careful approach to world-building adds depth to the narrative without ever feeling overwhelming or detracting from the central plot.
The overall tone of RoboForce: The Animated Series strikes a perfect balance between action, humor, and heart. There are moments that will have you on the edge of your seat, sequences that will elicit a chuckle, and interactions that will genuinely warm your heart. This blend of tones makes the series accessible and enjoyable for a wide audience. It manages to be both exciting and genuinely funny without ever sacrificing the emotional core of its story.
In conclusion, RoboForce: The Animated Series is a fantastic addition to the animated landscape. It successfully revitalizes a classic concept with engaging characters, a compelling storyline, and a vibrant visual style. Whether you're a longtime fan of RoboForce or a newcomer to this robotic world, you're in for a treat. This series is a testament to the enduring appeal of well-crafted stories and memorable characters. Head over to Tubi and prepare to be thoroughly entertained by the newly rebooted and ready-to-go RoboForce. You won't be disappointed.

This is not your ordinary robot cartoon. The RoboForce robots have emotions and heart, trying to do the right thing and get rid of the obstacles that come their way to do harm to them or to the world. The opening of each episode is amazing! I love the use of the theme song in a different tempo and tone, so creative!! I love seeing it at the beginning of each episode so much that I don't fast forward through it. I love this modern, updated version of the old Saturday morning cartoons. I have watched three episodes so far, as that is all I had time for. I can't wait to watch the rest and see the twists and turns in the last 3 episodes.

I really enjoyed this show. It was a fun well crafted cartoon that felt like something I had watched in my childhood. If you're looking for a fun cartoon for your children to watch, or if you wanna watch as a family, you won't be disappointed. On a technical note, I'll say that the art is fabulous and the voice acting is on par with any big budget Blockbuster. The biggest plus is the show is free on Tubi TV and you can't be at that. Oh and one other thing, the voice cast is completely amazing I was taken by surprise it just how well their voices flowed through the episodes, Go check it out, thank me later.

The anticipation of seeing this show produced by The Rock brought me to Tubi for the first time, and I won't be leaving anytime soon, if as I suspect it becomes the platform for Nacelle's forthcoming universe for interconnected shows.
Season One is incredibly entertaining and ideal for kids to binge watch and the entire family to enjoy together. The plot is clever with great pacing, likeable characters and some wickedly funny one-liners. The animation and editing of this fast action series is first rate, and does a great job of maintaining the 1980s nostalgia feel.
The big budget animation studios could take a lesson or two from this innovative heartwarming series.

I don't watch many animated series so I did not know what to expect with this Roboforce series. But it was surprisingly entertaining and reminded me of '80s cartoons in the best way. It has a fun premise, lots of action. And, of course,, talking robots. It even has a catchy theme song that grows on you more and more every time you hear it. The first episode does give a ton of explanation, but I needed it since I was not up to speed on the franchise. But the plot is easy enough to pick up. For my taste, I do think the humor could be amped up a bit, but I am interested to see where the series goes.

Do yourself a favour and watch all six episodes of RoboForce -The Animated Series on Tubi tonight!!
I admit I was skeptical about this new animated series ... based on an all but forgotten toy line? ... from a company with no previous scripted series? ... six episodes of robots in a new universe???
The first couple of episodes are necessary to set up the story, welcoming us to the new world, called The Nacelleverse. (I had to look that up again, but I get it now.). Backstory is necessary, and once the action begins, the series takes flight.
I was surprised at the humanity of the 'bots in a cartoon series and in the end I was emotionally invested in the entire story and rooting for RoboForce. I'll be watching with my nephews this weekend.
Bring on season two !!!

I found Roboforce by surprise on Tubi's home page and really enjoyed it! It brought me back to being a kid and watching my favorite cartoons on a saturday morning.
I thought at first it may be geared towards kids but I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I got into the plot and characters! The different robot characters all were very humanlike and relatable with their own personalities. The writing was fantastic and kept the show suspenseful and funny at the same time. I'm very glad to have found a new animated show to get into...I'm doing my best to save episodes for the weekend but it is tough not to binge watch! Kudos to the directors, production team and all others involved in the show!

Is the animation as good as what Disney churns out? Maybe not, but the storylines and characters certainly shine, along with the imaginative layouts and visuals. This modern take on a yesteryear cartoon has a surprising amount of depth - the robots aren't just throwaway stock characters. Entertaining and fun, with the right dash of pathos. In a world inundated with content, I think this series is worth investing precious viewing time to see. I found myself enjoying each episode and eagerly awaiting more - is there any better metric of a show's success? Hopefully this is just the beginning of a long revival run.

Such a cute little show! Brings me back to my childhood watching cartoons on the weekends! Directors and producers did a great job with all of the details making it relatable for everyone of all ages. I can't wait to show my kids one day and have them watch with me and see what they think! I will be recommending and sharing RoboForce: The Animated Series to all of my friends and co workers who have kids and some who don't have any as well! This is a show you can watch on repeat and never get bored. I wanted more and more to watch. I can't wait to see what comes next for this animated series!!!

Finally! A show where Detroit is not shown as a dump. Glad to see my city shown in a positive way in the future. Also, I am a huge original X-Men fan and I definitely got some similar vibes here for a few reasons--
1. For character development, each episode focuses on a character and what they are struggling with. 2. there is a divide between Robots and and humans and the ideology of how the RoboForce characters want to deal with that issue is divided. 3. Maxx 89 and Hun-Dred kind of have this Magneto and Charles Xavier thing going on where they are friends and without spoilers let's just say they have a complicated relationship.
Also with the 80's theme song, this definitely has a lot of love for old cartoons in the 80's and 90's, and overall just a really fun time.

I'm not much of a cartoon enjoyer in my adulthood due to the lack of interesting shows these days, I've always been more into the older cartoons I grew up with. RoboForce really has that nostalgic feel with the action and storylines and HUMOR! Soraya is an exciting female character, the robots all have their different roles and personalities and not just lumped together. This show is geared towards a younger crowd but I still had so much fun, it didn't feel like it was a mindless show for babies - this is what modern cartoons have been missing.
Knocked a point off because the animation needs some work (it still does the job) and it is bit slow to start but trust and believe it is worth it!

These robots are nothing like Transformers or other animated robot cartoons which I thought was unique. They all aren't badass right out of the gate and are very flawed and human. I wish there was a little bit more robot on robot fighting action like other robot cartoons, but at least I actually cared about almost all of these characters rather than them just being cool. For example I loved Wrecker because he had the best one-liners and was the most powerful, but he also was also scared at times and also collected flowers. Maxx was not my favorite at first because he was so down in the beginning but it was really cool to see him rise to be a leader. Won't give any spoilers about HunDred but watching his path was the most intriguing. Giving this 8 stars only because I wish some characters were utilized more. I wish Wrecker was utilized earlier and we saw more of him in the pilot, and wanted to get more Tiltor. The evil corporation was also a cool antagonist, but wish we saw a little more of the CEO guy. That being said I had a blast watching this series and it was refreshing to have robot characters that I can relate to.

I watched RoboForce with my family last night (I have a daughter, 5, and my sons are 8 and 12) and we all loved it! It's very rare for all of us to find a show that we enjoy together. My husband had the toys back in the day so we gave it a try, and our kids ended up watching the whole thing without complaining about wanting to be on their iPads. My daughter liked how the lead inventor woman was calling the shots in a few episodes and my sons of course loved all the fighting. We loved the theme song which was fun because by the third episode my daughter was getting up and dancing to it. I really enjoyed the twists and how the characters had depth. They had emotional journeys so it was entertaining even for me. My husband is just happy that he is winning with the best recommendation for TV night. Now my kids can't wait for a video game!

I wanted to leave a review as I really did not think I would enjoy RoboForce as much as I did. For context, I did not grow up with the franchise so I am coming to this as a new fan who did not own the original toys nor did I know anything else about the characters. It was an easy and casual watch and here is the deal, could the animation use some work? For sure. But did I love the ode to Star Wars with the wipe edits? Yes, very fun! And did I end up loving all of the characters on Team RoboForce? Absolutely I did. It is really nice to see Saturday morning cartoons coming back! More of this please!

I haven't watched Cartoons since I was a kid, but checked this show out when I was on a Sci-Fi binge on Tubi and I really enjoyed it! Really brought me back to my childhood and as an adult now everything we watch is so heavy, so really enjoyed a break from that. Now I am going to get back into watching my favorites like TMNT, Batman, X-Men, and Spider-Man and see what it's like watching as an adult. The show was a lot of fun - packed with action, humor, and definitely covered some serious topics (which as an adult now I realize many cartoons probably did this so they don't feel too silly so families could enjoy together). Only reason I gave it a 9 is because I wish there was just a little more action in the first episode, but after that there is tons. This is a quick fun watch - definitely recommend!

I'd like to start by saying, I am not much of a cartoon person. It's been a minute since I really watched a cartoon that wasn't just on for the kids while I try to make them dinner. I figured this would be the same background noise.
My kids have a habit of watching the same 3 shows on repeat, so I was excited to have them be interested in something new. I turned on RoboForce and started my usual routine of whatever chore I've been neglecting. The kids seemed glued to it which is exactly what I hope for to get things done. To my surprise, I ended up equally glued to the TV and before I knew it, I was singing the theme song instead of doing dishes!
The storyline was surprisingly moving, and I even laughed out loud a couple times which I can't say about most the shows my kids watch. The first two episodes were a bit slow but once the ball started rolling it picked up. We finished all 6 episodes, and my kids won't stop talking about Wrecker. This was an easy, fun watch and my kids (and I) hope we get more in the future.

What a great watch! Got hooked almost instantly watching this series. Can't wait for season 2 and whatever else they're cooking up in the Nacelleverse.
Animation, sound, plot all on point from the opening credits to the very end. Not to mention the theme song is way too catchy. They got me singing that in the shower.
I would recommend this series to anyone. Keeps you on the edge of your seat as the plot thickens but at the same time an easy watch that takes you back to watching cartoons as a kid.
Seriously can't wait for what's coming next. In the meantime I'll be rewatching this series!!!!

It's been a while since I sat down and watched a show along with my kids and actually paid attention, but this show was the one for us! I wasn't sure what to expect from RoboForce and had seen a few mentions of it on my Instagram, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The animation is genuinely impressive, with vibrant visuals and smooth action sequences that totally brought me back to that classic cartoon feel, while still feeling fresh and modern.
What really got me was the writing. It's clever, heartfelt, and funny without ever talking down to the audience. I sat down to watch it with my kids, thinking it'd be one of those shows I half-watch while doing other things-but nope, I was hooked. We were all equally invested in the story, cheering for the characters and talking about what might happen next.
I've always had a soft spot for a good underdog story, and RoboForce delivers in a way that feels both nostalgic and new. And I have to shout out my favorite minor character Crmgn. He's exactly the kind of gruff, low-key hilarious side character I used to love as a kid, and he made me laugh everytime he spoke.
RoboForce is a total win in our house and I am really hoping to see more!

I work late during the week, so the weekend is reserved for quality time in front of the tv with my 8-year-old son. This Saturday, we fired up Tubi, and was so happy to see Robo Force featured, so we gave it a shot. I remember the toys from the 80's (my older brother had a bunch of them) ... but we both ended up having a blast.
I grew up on the greats-G. I. Joe and Transformers-so I'm always chasing that mix of action and nostalgia. But let's face it: a lot of the classics don't quite hold the attention of today's kids. Usually, my son checks out halfway through anything (unless he's watching videos of people playing Fortnite). Not this time.
He was hooked. And honestly? So was I, we watched 5 episodes on Saturday morning together and then I watched the last one without him late Saturday night while my wife was scrolling through Tik Tok. The first thing my son asked for on Sunday morning when he woke up was to watch Robo force, so we did (the last episode is awesome, so I didn't mind rewatching it). The animation style is modern and although I do love the look of those old Transformers cartoons, I do realize if you didn't grow up with them it probably looks kinda dated so I understand why the animators went modern. The writing had some really funny lines too!!
The best part? Seeing my kid get excited about something that echoes the kind of stuff I loved at his age. We're already planning a rewatch this coming weekend!
If you're a parent who grew up in the 80s or 90s, and you're looking for something to share with your kids that captures the magic of that time-Robo Force is a winner (and good luck getting the theme song out of your head)

I've never even heard of Roboforce but found my kids watching it and they were completely glued! I guess the nostalgic look caught my kiddos attention. I watched along w them and loved it! I was shocked they put down their iPads to watch, and when I started paying attention I realized that even though it's a cartoon it was actually pretty complex stories and characters. The third episode has a really unexpected twist that even I was like "damn, that's crazy!" I love that they have a robot named curmudgeon with a full on unibrow! Lol. The theme song is super catchy too! Brought be back to the 80s !

It strikes a good balance between lots of action and great character moments. I really liked all the characters - Wrecker and his flowers might be my favorite. I hope this gets another season because I think the characters and their relationships are going to become even more fun and dynamic as the series goes on. The first couple episodes are a little slow because there's a lot of backstory and setting up the world, but it picks up. Some of the story might be hard for younger kids to understand, but I appreciate the details and that they tried some ambitious storytelling.
P. S. Love that little orange robot!
