This 2023 remake along with the 2017 remake are both awful. Why remake it twice if you're not gonna improve on the original? Why are the 2017 and 2023 remakes so close together? The 2023 version is the better of the 2 remakes, but it has differences from the original. If you seen the original, there's nothing to see here. Skip both. They could both be just slightly entertaining on a rainy day, or late night at home. Ok for a one time watch. Definitely don't buy either remake. The original classic is ok to buy, but make sure you get the 2012 Code Red Double Feature DVD set, because it will have the best picture quality.
