The Memory in My Heart follows the journey of a child psychologist, grappling with the pain of her teenage sons suicide, as she helps a young girl haunted by recurring nightmares. What begins as an attempt to heal the girls trauma quickly turns into a dangerous investigation into a brutal, racially motivated crime from the past. As the nightmares intensify, the psychologist uncovers the horrific truth: a white supremacist murdered a young Black girl, and the dreams hold the key to finding justice.

Driven by a deep sense of responsibility, the psychologist risks her own safety in pursuit of justice for the forgotten victim. Along the way, she must confront her own buried grief, leading to an emotional reconciliation with her estranged husband, a detective on the case. Together, they come to terms with their loss while bringing the perpetrator to justice.

Inspired by true events and personal experiences, The Memory in My Heart explores themes of healing, justice, and redemption. THE MEMORY IN MY HEART

Very intense story about a little girl who is the recipient of a heart transplant from another little girl, who happened to have been African- American and was the victim of a racially motivated killing. Because of this new heart, the recipient, telepathically, has the same nightmares, again and again, of that little girl's last moments on earth. Eventually, she is taken to see a therapist (who is Hispanic) by her parents, and the therapist and her detective husband get to the bottom of why the girl keeps having the same nightmares. The story will keep you on the edge of your seat. A strong message with an excellent cast. Think Stanley Kubrick/Stephen King.
