The Motorola MT500 Radio was the main communication tool used between the "skinnies" gang throughout the film. The MT500 was selected because Thomas Touhey and Chris Rhydings are fans of the film "Ghostbusters". In Ghostbusters, the MT500 Radio can be spotted in the scene at the Sedgewick Hotel where Slimer "slimes" Peter Venkman.
