Janhit Mein Jaari

Janhit mein jaari is a comedy drama romance film directed by jai basantu singh.

Nushrat bharucha is a capable actor. She has proved it this time. Her dialogue delivery and expressions are apt and beatiful. Vijay raaz shines in the sequences he is in and dominates everybody. Anud singh dhaka is a hit and miss for me. But paritosh tripathi hits it out of the park. His comic timing is impeccable. The rest of the supporting cast are decent.

The humour in this film is really good. Sometimes over the top and sometimes subtle but it works most of the times. The writing though is a bit of a problem. The characters are not strong enough to make you root for them. The social theme is not fleshed upon much. It feels like separate scenes fit to make a movie. There is no proper continuation.

The dialogue writing is brilliant. As a result of which the humour works. There are multiple scenes in which the film is bound to make you laugh.

Overall, its a good film and you can watch it. I rate it 8 out of 10.

It is estimated that 15.6 million abortions take place in India every year, a major proportion of which is expected to be hazardous. So what's the solution? Men should start using condoms and women should ensure that they do so. A simple message is conveyed in a humorous style in #JanhitMeinJaari. Certain dialogues are truly chucklesome. The unnecessary drama towards the climax is a bummer. Nushrratt Bharuccha does a fine job as a condom seller. The supporting cast is also good. Running time needs to be reduced by 20 minutes. Rating 3/5.

For my weekly dose of a cinema in the nearest theatre, I was set to watch a Malayalam film, unfortunately it got postponed for the umpteenth time. Hence from the available list of films I opted to watch for Janhit Mein Jaari which I went to watch without any expectation.

Since it was produced by the director of Ayushmann Khuranna starrer Dream Girl, I expected the same from this film as well.

Like Dream Girl, in this the female protagonist of the film, secures a marketing job for a product which is considered to be taboo in the society. After getting married to her lover the rest of the film showcases if the protagonist is able to change the mindset of her family and society as whole towards the product which in the beginning of the film starts casually.

In terms of performance Nusrat Bharucha, debutant Anud Singh Dhaka, Paritosh Tripathi & Vijay Raaz were the highlights of the film in terms of performance. Meanwhile the script provided laughs till the very end but the only drawback was that towards the end of second half it seemed to be stretched out, yet it turned out to be decent entertainer.

But the saddest part was despite watching the film on the day of it's release, less than 10 had come to watch the film. Perhaps poor marketing can be blamed for the box office failure.

Nushrat bharucha should be given a standing ovation for selecting this project and giving such a stellar performance.

The entire cast has done a great job. Although the movie is a bit lengthy but it holds on to your attention to the last.

An important social message has been conveyed in an entertaining and effective style.

Acting was great, a laughter and social issue touched by movie that we need to concerned about and remove taboo ! From the society, different from league... Usually movie revolve action and romance with the movie will remove certain prejudice which the people beholding and how as a developed society we beed to be on with certain so called taboo problem in India.
