Andy Panda and Miranda are driving along when the car starts to act weirdly. So Andy calls his Auto-Lite dealer, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

It's a commercial, as you might expect, for Auto-Lite products produced by Walter Lantz. Although it's uncredited -- because it's a commercial, after all -- it's also Lantz's last time directing a cartoon. He would gain a couple of later credits, but this is the end of the line, both for Lantz, and Oswald. Lantz would continue to produce cartoons through 1972, when he would close his studio, but given the reduction in demand for theatrical cartoons, it's significant, if minor.
