How can the show be called The Doctors with only one doctor now? I agree the show should represent more races and of both genders but now doing away with the panel and former cast will ultimately be a downfall and your ratings will probably drop. I've been watching since the first show. I'm not sure if I'll continue.
This show puzzles me.I wonder what makes people mail and get tickets to be on the show simply for discussing sometimes extremely private matters INSTEAD of asking their own doctor. In private. This phenomena kind of both scare and fascinate me.Are we so anxious for TV and other media to confirm our existence today? Do the people who ask The Doctors questions lack medical insurance so this is their only chance to get some medical advice? Don't think so.They seem to be well-dressed middle-class people, sometimes verging on hysterical(especially the worried moms),but seemingly fairly well-educated and bourgeoise.
Alas, this show hasn't got a lot of potential. If you've seen one episode, you pretty much get it.Asking your own doctor seems a whole lot easier in the long run.

Thank you for bringing back Dr. Orden, the show is literally 100% better, because of it. NO it's not the same as it was, once, but SOOO much better.. No offense to Dr. Ian, but he was kind of like milk toast, catering to the very lowest common denominator.
I mean beside the fact that our pain, neglect, suffering, sickness, illness, disorders has become entertainment. They will sound smart, PC and nice but they don't exactly tell you what you need to hear. They beat around the bush a lot. Sure they give you advice and suggestions, but they should start shaming people for making poor health choices.
Even if they do tell you intelligent information people will continue to live unhealthy lives. But still...
90% of health problems can and could be avoided if people knew the truth and cared about their bodies.
End of the day the show is a business, like doctors are a business. These "doctors" want to make you feel good for a temporary of time so you can keep paying them.
Overall it's an educational show with people who look like they are not actors. They could be, but for what its not worth let's say these people are 100% real doctors.
Verdict: only watch if you can know how to do research for yourself to validate their information. Otherwise, When is your next checkup?

Phil McGraw's new format first episode was a bit too dry. Dr. Ian is fantastic for his medical knowledge and communication skills, but you need to have multiple doctors interacting in this show. Preferably bring back two or more of the original Doctors hosts to complement Dr Ian on every episode, even if on Zoom app, although preferably in person.
I will continue watching the show for additional days in order to round out my opinion, but as it stands I doubt I will watch this on an ongoing basis anymore.
