Like most character driven crime sagas, characterization is the best aspect of this six-episodes miniseries, and backed by a talented cast of South African actors, the narrative finds strength through their performance. While the prime focus remains on the lead, Babalwa’s descent into darkness, the supporting characters are fleshed out well enough to keep the plotline intriguing.

Connie Chiume, a South African actress who appeared in Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Beyoncé’s Black Is King, has died. She was 72.

Chiume died Tuesday at the Garden City Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa, her family announced on Instagram. Her cause of death wasn’t immediately available.

“The Chiume Family regrets to inform you of the passing of the internationally acclaimed award-winning actress Connie Chiume,” they wrote in a statement. “The Family asks for privacy during this difficult period. The family will communicate further details.”

Born on June 5, 1952, in Welkom, South Africa, Chiume trained as a nurse and graduated with a teaching degree prior to finding her way into the movie and television industry, The Independent reported. During the Super Bowl Lvii halftime show, Rihanna will perform in front of a packed house at State Farm Stadium in Arizona. A few days before that, a virtual stadium will host a show of its own: The Saweetie Super Bowl Concert will kick off inside Roblox, with the titular rapper serving as the headliner.

The virtual concert is the product of a collaboration between Roblox, the NFL, and Warner Music Group, which will host the event in its recently-launched world, Rhythm City. Warner describes its metaverse hotspot as “a first-of-its-kind music-themed social roleplay experience on Roblox.”

The Saweetie Super Bowl Concert will begin at 7 Pm Et on February 10, two days before the Super Bowl. The show will be replayed every hour until Super Bowl Sunday. To commemorate the occasion, a collection of digital items will be sold on the Roblox marketplace.

In recent months, Roblox has inked partnerships with several prominent partners.
