I just finished viewing the DVD and I must admit I was pleased with MLW's initial show. MLW stands alone and puts on a good show using established major stars in the business who can actually live up to the moniker on the billboard pertaining to wrestling in addition to some kick ass next generationg guys! Steve Corino, Taiyo Kea, La Parka, Jerry Lynn, Vampiro, Kojima, Terry Funk, Chris Daniels and even former WCW star The Wall all compete in MLW. A few compete in a single elimination tournament to decide the first MLW Heavyweight Champion! This show is a refreshing change from the garbage that is presently featured on the independent federations in the US! This is not one of those fly by night wanna be ECW bush league, this is MLW, the true alternative to the WWE!! HYBRID Wrestling rocks!
