This is one of the greatest movies ever seen. Actress Savitri with her excellent portrayal of Nava Rasa, is simply one of the greatest actresses of all time. Without a single romantic (in current day context) or indecent/ obscene visualisation, all the subtle feelings of Human Sensitivities of Traditional Indian Ladies are picturised by the director. Also , worth mentioning is the fact that the lady was only 18 years old. That is what earned her the Title Maha Nati in the ensuing years. The maturity in acting so naturally by a teenage girl is really marvellous.
