Greta's Girls

Two young women and their dog get up in the morning and leave their apartment. They wander around lower Manhattan -- there are lots of shots of Canal Street and the bargain-bin stores on both sides of the street west of Chinatown's border back then. While one of them haggles with the merchants, the other steals goods and even brochures from the bank.

I'm not sure what the point of this short is; while the IMDb lists it as 25 minutes in length, the copy that the UCLA Video archives has posted to YouTube is only 17 minutes in length. Perhaps something revealing is missing. I don't think so, though.
