Unforgettable alum Dylan Walsh has signed with Apa for representation. He was previously with Gersh.

Walsh most recently recurred on ABC’s Whiskey Cavalier and NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also recently played the role of Lucy Hale’s father on the CW’s Life Sentence after wrapping a four-year run starring on the CBS series Unforgettable.

Perhaps best known for his six seasons starring as Dr. Sean McNamara in the FX award-winning hit series Nip/Tuck, Walsh’s additional television credits include starring as Officer Jim Doyle in Brooklyn South, a recurring role on Everwood, as well as appearances in the television movies Final Voyage and More Than Meets the Eye: The Joan Brock Story.

And 10 years ago (June 26th, 2005), an internet phenomenon was born. In 12 short but memorable episodes — first via the the short-film series Channel 101 and then online — Jd Ryznar, Hunter Stair, Dave Lyons, Lane Farnham and their friends redefined an era and coined a term for the sultry croonings of McDonald, Fagen, et al.

Action comedy in which a gruff cop turned bounty hunter captures a fugitive accountant accused of fraud and sets off from New York for Los Angeles to collect his prize.

The Final Voyage of the Space Shuttle Atlantis. Watching this launch is still captivating -- and I watched the first launch, of the first shuttle, as it happened, live on TV.

Cologne, Germany -- Joseph Vilsmaier’s “Ship of No Return -- The Final Voyage of the Gustloff” has won the Diva award as most successful German TV movie of 2008.

The two-part miniseries tells the true story of the worst naval disaster in history: when the Mv Wilhelm Gustloff, carrying German soldiers and civilian refugees, was sunk by a Russian submarine in January 1945. More than 9,000 people died, several times the number that went down on the Titanic.

Vilsmaier’s two-parter was a ratings hit for public broadcaster Zdf, drawing an audience of 8.5 million and a 23.5% share on its original broadcast last February. Zdf Enterprises is handling international sales for the title.
