The only film in the Best of the Best series to be given a PG-13 certificate in the US, as all sequels would be rated R.
Kane Hodder had different roles in the first three movies of the series. In Best of the Best, he plays Burt, the bar patron that accidentally punched his girlfriend when trying to punch Travis Brickley. In Best of the Best 2, he is one of the security men at the Colosseum. In Best of the Best 3, he is one of the white supremacists at the showdown at the end.
