'Tropical Spice' boasts a nice box cover, but the contents inside don't match the quality. Director / cameraman James Hoffer is involved here, but it's also 1998. Penthouse wasn't at it's lowest point yet. So what that means is you get a few recognizable ladies involved here, but the whole thing is cheap, disjointed, meh. Not especially hot.
"Lorrisa" McComas goes topless on the beach (1.5 mins). Then "Brook" Bradford does much the same, but it goes longer and delivers full body nudity while you contend with "artsy" shots (3.5 mins). "Brook & Lorrisa" team-up in a pirate, slave girl/girl that is just a bore. You get a spicy shot of Brook spreading herself from behind thou (9.5 mins).
"Heather" St. James poses in front of a colorful beach house (3 mins). "Heather, Lorrisa, Shelly" finds Lorrisa playing pool solo before she's joined by Shelly for some light making out. Heather goes solo at the jacuzzi before being joined by the other two to close staying pretty tame (9.5 mins). "Andrea" Kurtz is a toned blonde who strips from a bikini as needless video effects are utilized on screen (4.5 mins).
"Andrea & Brook" make out indoors on a couch at night which stays pretty tame & the lighting isn't great (9.5 mins). "Samantha" Michaels strips from a green top & skirt (1.5 mins). "Julia" Garvey strips from a leopard printed two-piece (as seen on the cover) providing a spread (6.5 mins). "Samantha & Julia" have a standard girl/girl in bed but the whole thing is shot in sepia which is just stupid (7 mins).
'Tropical Spice' is by no means the worst title I've seen from Penthouse, but it's amongst their weaker stuff. Bit of an oddity too. Theme is a throwaway and the scenes aren't a hot collection. There's some explicit factor so not all is lost but you can easily skip it and not have missed much. The box cover is the highest quality element here by a mile.
