A strange duo head up to Scotland

A very soft and heartwarming story featuring a 18 old girl and a very particular responsabile driver from the beaches of the south of England to the north of the Scotland Highlands.

The movie is very easy to watch and the chemistry between the two characters is almost perfect as are strange and hilarious the situation in which the fall into during the trip.

If you are looking for a clean and original British commedy I definitely suggest you to have a look.

Furthermore, if like me you have been in the north of Scotland you will fell like being back there with some stunning landscapes.

One of the best commedies I've seen recently and a 7.5/10.

Delightful Surprise!

This film has it all! Solid & enjoyable cast, enjoyable scenery and not totally predictable! No blood and guts, no murders, no law enforcement drama but instead an engrossing road movie with interesting characters.

It does have moments of ridiculous but that's ok, no movie is absolute perfection,,, except for Gone with the Wind and Forrest Gump ;) IMDB Why is there a 5 star rating? The reviews you have posted are 8's and better!

A Hidden Gem

I really enjoyed this hidden Gem. So I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. I love a good road trip film and it's certainly one the whole family can enjoy. Thought the two leads Charlie and Oz worked really well together, great chemistry, lots of 'laugh out loud' moments and enjoyed their banter immensely. Lovely cinematography too.

Above the Clouds headed over the rainbow

Saw the premiere of this film at Raindance Film Festival. Wonderful. Here's what I wrote then about it on Raindance Festival Day 5: Went raving mad about this sparkly, distinctly British "American road trip" movie. Fell in love with ingénue actress Naomi Morris. Gushed about this cinema treat being destined for wide release on the film's FB page. I promise: I had not been drinking. This movie is an elixir. Prepare to become intoxicated.

A Delight

This is a new twist on the old buddy picture on the road. Cleverly done and manages the delicate balancing act of keeping the proceedings effervescent and grounded enough to allow some comfort to the viewer in going along for the ride. Naomi Morris is perfect. Particular kudos to the Director for some clever choices, (loved the map) and the writer for consistent wit that kept me smiling all the way to "the end".
