A good portion of the movie - Theater of Horror (2017) - was filmed at and in front of a small theater for rent which was called - Under St Marks Theater

On the last day of shooting the Theater had no power forcing the crew to light the dark theater with four set lights. The last scenes in the theater are noticeably darker than the first but it worked out in the film being that the theater was abandon after the events that took place.
