Talented actors wasted their time for empty content

Arabic song at the most critical part of the movie but why? Maybe someone needs to let the director know, Turkey , although it has some problems was/is/will be a country cultivates art and fashion despite the challenges
The emotional impact that such a drama should carry is missing, leaving the viewer feeling distanced from the characters and their struggles. This lack of connection is crucial, as it makes the entire narrative feel hollow, and the themes of societal pressure and personal struggle come off as unearned.
Tuba Büyüküstün, a highly skilled and popular actress, is the film's main draw. Her performance, however, feels constrained by the script, which doesn't provide her with enough depth or material to truly shine. While she remains one of the more engaging aspects of the film, even her talents are undermined by the lack of an engaging plot or complex character arcs. Many critics and viewers, including myself, feel that such a talented actress was wasted on a film that didn't allow her to fully showcase her abilities.
There is little suspense or intrigue to propel the story forward, and the emotional stakes are never truly felt. You can already guess whats coming ahead after 5th minutes
Another significant issue with Tight Dress is its music choices. Music in film is an essential tool for setting the tone and enhancing emotional moments, but here, the soundtrack feels disjointed and out of sync with the overall atmosphere. One particularly jarring moment occurs when an Arabic song is played during one of the most critical parts of the movie. The song's placement feels completely out of place and distracts from the scene's emotional weight. This odd choice only adds to the film's disorientation, and choice for the scene (BOSPORUS NOT A ARABIC DESERT) as it further distances the audience from the emotional core that should have been conveyed through the visuals and the music. Instead, it creates an unnecessary dissonance between the narrative and the soundtrack, taking the viewer out of the experience.
If you're looking for a film with strong emotional resonance, meaningful character development, and a cohesive soundtrack, Tight Dress will leave you disappointed.
