Even though I'm not ready to say goodbye, I think many of us fans saw this coming. So when does the final season get here?

Acapulco season 4 premieres Wednesday, July 23, 2025 with the first two episodes on Apple TV+. An exact episode count wasn't shared. Though based on previous seasons, it's expected that there will be a total of 10 episodes.

The release of the new season comes a little over a year following the season 3 finale. In the streaming world nowadays, that's actually not a very long time or wait. So at least that's something good. It'll also be nice to have the series in the warmer months.

The upcoming fourth season of the Apple TV+ series Acapulco will be the comedy’s last on the streamer. Per Variety, the comedy was renewed for its fourth season back in August 2024, but at that time, it was not confirmed that it would be the final one for the series starring Eugenio Derbez.

The outlet has now confirmed that the fourth season, which will premiere on Apple TV+ on July 23, will be Acapulco’s last. “These four seasons have been magical,” said Derbez, who plays Máximo Gallardo on the series and is also an executive producer. The show follows a successful businessman (Derbez) as he reminisces about his younger years in the 1980s while working his dream job at a major resort called Las Colinas. The series currently boasts a 93% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

The Apple TV+ comedy series is about a Mexican businessman who recounts stories to his nephew about his life in the titular city in the 1980s, where he worked at a local resort. The series is based on characters from the 2017 movie How to be a Latin Lover, and was created by Eduardo Cisneros, Jason Shuman, and Austin Winsberg. Acapulco features a leading cast including Eugenio Derbez, Enrique Arrizon, Fernando Carsa, Damián Alcázar, Camila Perez, and Raphael Alejandro.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Acapulco season 4 will officially be its last. This final season has yet to air and will be debuting on the platform on Wednesday, July 23. Acapulco premiered in 2021, inspired by the 3Pas Studios and Pantelion Films’ feature, How to Be A Latin Lover. The series tells the story of twentysomething Máximo Gallardo (Enrique Arrizon), whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in Acapulco. Derbez played the same character in the present day as Arrison portrayed him in his early years.

In Season 4, present-day Máximo (Derbez) works tirelessly to restore Las Colinas to its former glory before the grand reopening. Overall, Pulse does not add anything new to the table, and neither does it execute the basics of the genre too well, making it a very mediocre watch.

Netflix's upcoming new medical drama Pulse is certainly giving off Grey's Anatomy vibes if you ask me. Right down to the central relationship too. But, that doesn't mean I'm not going to watch it! I'm actually really looking forward to the upcoming series. And I think you fellow medical drama fan s will be excited about it too.

Pulse premieres Tuesday, April 3, 2025 on Netflix. There's a total of 10 episodes to look forward to. You might think that something as intense as a medical drama might be too much as a binge. Though with Grey's Anatomy doing so well streaming on Netflix, it's clear there's an audience for it. And I think that's why the streamer is clearly trying its hand at its own version. Netflix has a new medical drama series that will soon enter the streaming game. Ahead of its debut, the show has gotten its official premiere date on Netflix along with some first look photos.

As announced by Netflix, Pulse is set to premiere on the streaming platform on April 3, 2025. While the series was previously announced, new images haven't been unveiled up to this point. They provide sneak peek looks at all of the show's main characters that make up the ensemble cast. Co-creator and writer Zoe Robyn teased of the characters, “You don’t really want to be in the hospital. But if you were in the hospital — this is the one you would want to be in. Today, Apple TV+ announced that its global hit comedy series Acapulco, from Lionsgate Television, has been renewed and is heading back to Las Colinas for season four.

The news of the renewal comes on the heels of Acapulco becoming this year’s Imagen Award most-nominated series, landing nine nominations in total, including Best Comedy; Best Actor Enrique Arrizon; Best Supporting Actors Damián Alcázar, Carlos Corona and Eugenio Derbez; Best Supporting Actresses Vanessa Bauche, Camila Perez and Regina Reynoso; as well as Best Music Supervision for Film or Television.

“Acapulco” will be returning for a fourth season at Apple TV+.

The comedy series, which hails from Lionsgate Television, has been renewed for Season 4, the streamer announced Tuesday. The series stars Eugenio Derbez, who also executive produces the show, as Maximo, who recalls his rise to success via a younger version of himself (Enrique Arrizón), who climbs the ranks at Las Colinas Resort.

The news comes just over a month after “Acapulco” debuted its Season 3 finale, which series cocreator Austin Winsberg told TheWrap was crafted carefully in case the show didn’t receive another season order.

“We were also careful to have a thin needle to thread in case we don’t get to Season 4,” Winsberg told TheWrap. “We wanted it to be close-ended enough that it feels like there’s some satisfaction to the story and some answers, while also leaving a lot of doors open for more stories to come.
