Met Grey's Anatomy start T.R. Knight in early 2000, when they shot a PowerTel commercial together. Since then, they have worked together several times on the Dre Grey, leçons d'anatomie (2005) set.

Briefly attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Shenita's Dre Grey, leçons d'anatomie (2005) scene in Episode 16 of Season 3 (Drowning on Dry Land), with actors Katherine Heigl and Eric Dane, was part of a segment on the popular VH1 show Best Week Ever. [February 2007].

To date, Shenita has reprised her role as a nurse on Dre Grey, leçons d'anatomie (2005) four times. Her scene in Episode 4 of Season 2 (Deny, Deny, Deny), with actor Moe Irvin, ended up on the cutting room floor. [March 2007].

Auditioned for the role of Landlady in the horror film Pulsations (2006). The role went to Octavia Spencer.
