Alun Owen
- Alun Owen est né le 24 novembre 1925 au Royaume-Uni. Il était scénariste et acteur. Il est connu pour Quatre gars dans le vent (1964), Armchair Theatre (1956) et Le criminel (1960). Il est mort le 6 décembre 1994 à Londres, Angleterre, Royaume-Uni.
- Related to Scot Williams who portrayed Pete Best in both Backbeat & In His Life: The John Lennon Story. Only after starring as Pete Best in the Beatles Biog movie Backbeat, did Scot discover that he was related to Alun Owen, the 1965 Oscar- Nominated writer of A Hard Day's Night. They were able to contact one another for the first time just weeks before Alun's death in 1994.
- Wrote a screen play for a film The Kelly Boys to be produced and directed by Lewis Gilbert in mid 60's which was never made.
- Used to be Arthur Askey's straight man Arthur's first television series.
