Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield will reunite on Netflix for the upcoming CGI episodic series Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, and a teaser trailer has been made available online. The series was also officially announced at Tokyo Games Show 2020 by executive producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi for the event's Capcom Tgs Live 2020 stream. Giving fans a good first look at the series, the teaser trailer shows both fan favorite characters as they'll appear on the show, and you can take a look at it for yourself below.

Netflix has not offered any details about the plot of Infinite Darkness, but as we can see in the trailer, Leon and Claire will return. The former is now wearing a suit, looking much more sharp than ever before, while the latter is sporting a red jacket similar to what she wore in Resident Evil 2. Chicago – Instead of playing one of the most anticipated games of the last few years, “Resident Evil 5,” fans of one of gamings most influential franchises are being asked to watch what is essentially a 96-minute cut scene that serves as a prequel or appetizer for what is to come in 2009.
