The film "Cesium Fallout" tells the story of a Hong Kong tycoon who, in pursuit of profit, smuggles "foreign garbage," triggering a city-wide radiation crisis that pushes the entire city to the brink of panic and destruction. Karen Mok plays Cecilia, the acting Chief Executive and current Financial Secretary. A dangerous substance leak occurs at a closed electronic waste disposal site in Hong Kong. Faced with this disaster, Cecilia must not only oversee disaster relief and protect the citizens but also ensure her own political stability and maintain control over critical decision-making during the crisis.
