This movie's message is if you're a man, you're worthless without an annoying male friend. And yes, Segel's character is incredibly annoying. Rudd's character on the other hand is someone you'd actually like to be friends with, so by the end you're rooting for them to never see each-other again, and for Rudd's character to either find good people to be friends with or just, you know, have his best friend be his wife (because why is that bad again?) Alas, it is not to be, but hey, I wouldn't want to spoil this incredibly cringe inducing movie with no redeeming qualities or jokes. This movie isn't even in the "so bad it's good" category. It's just contrived and awful, with a horrible message. It's like they took a script for a poorly written chick flick and awkwardly shaped it to be about two dudes becoming horribly matched friends instead.

The show does a good job in recording historical evidence for the reliability of the Gospels. The season on Acts through Revelation is the best. However, some of the seasons and episodes have problems such as Islamophobia and bad theology. The host is clearly coming from a modern evangelical perspective, and I suppose if you want that you'll like this show, but if you're not a modern evangelical Christian you'll notice some problems.

Nevertheless, it's interesting to see some of these locations. Despite its occasional problems, I hope it will inspire people to read the Bible for themselves...
