I loved S1! Fun, witty, great character portrayals. And I'm a 71 year old grandmother who grew up with the OG Addams family. My granddaughter turned me on to the current version & we've been looking forward to S2.

I enjoyed the fact that so many of the actors from S1 returned. Always good to see. And I enjoyed the S1 storylines that carried into S2.

My rating is for S2. Particularly the first two episodes. Such a rushed mishmash of storylines. Too much random stuff happening. Specifically - the pointless Pugsley storyline; we definitely could have done without that.

Things settled down some in the 3rd & 4th episodes to get back to the Wednesday character (fabulously portrayed by Jenna Ortega!), thankfully.

This all being said, I remain hopeful that the future episodes get back to, and stay true to, the actual Wednesday focus.

Not sure who thought this one up, but, dang, it's a bit of a mess. Started in the middle of something with no explanation or backstory. Too many implausible things happening. Felt rushed to cram as many wild (and unnecessary) issues as the writers could think of into a single episode. I was left with "what the heck was up with all that?!?"

Had to come here to see if it was just me, but, nope, definitely not just me. I hope this is just a one-off crummy episode and they get back on track next week.

I don't usually stop watching any series I start. But I may have to rethink this strategy if this show continues like this.

I very much enjoyed this film - as many have pointed out, no sex, no violence, good acting, warm story line. The characters and story moved along pretty realistically. I say that based on my experience of raising a son whose father did not participate in his life.

I am sorry that ludovica36 made such awful comments about it. I find it hard to believe that anyone who actually watched the movie would have things like that to say. And take the time to post something so extreme and nasty.

You know what they say about reviews - toss out the highest and the lowest and go with those in between. Obviously, the other reviewers here saw the same movie I saw in the light it was intended to be seen in.
