One of the problems with movie series like this is that makers can't handle the pressure of the hype and eventually let it down. BUT, they found something new and exciting with Bloodlines. The movie starts like a typical Final Destination, makes you think that it's going to be the same old stuff again but it eventually grows out to be a Well Written Storyline with a great screenplay that keeps us hooked to the scene even though we kind of expect what is going to happen. I mean that's the whole point of Final Destination itself right?- we know what's gonna happen and wait for the ways that's gonna happen and the WAYS are written and shot beautifully. Loved the experiments with cinematography. Humor worked out good at places.
A Good fun watch. Definitely recommended.

This is definitely one of the new generation films that wants to integrate quirky 2D, 3D graphics with a instagram style Punk Post-heavy film. The use of aspect ratios and color grading were brilliant and goes well with differentiating and understanding different non-linear timelines. But I felt like somewhere the Director wanted to convey too many things in a flashy way and it backfired on the excellent technical work otherwise. The story was hard to keep up especially at the final 20-30mins and It was too much to take in with that many visual disturbances and storyline intertwining. It would have been a great success if it was kept simple, like in the first 30 minutes. The humor and Dark elements have worked out good in many scenes.
Definitely a one time watch if you don't see logic and like quirky action films that resembles TikTok/Reels era. I could also see that the makers wanted to create something like Kill-Bill from the technical end and it has worked out.

The screenplay was decent and the events unfold in an organic manner rather than forcing it. Actors were really good with their roles and the characters were well written and sticks to them till the end. The COMEDY has worked out in many areas where it felt just right and not too much or too less. The sound design was good which sets the change of scenes throughout the film. The story itself was well written and the elements revolving around 'Stepdad-Son Relationship', 'Work-Life Balance', 'Side Love-track', 'Relationship Drama', 'Friendship', 'Cheap Thrills' have worked great which puts the film apart from many other zombie films that's only about survival.
The film still doesn't feel old in 2025 and I'd definitely recommended it.
