I really like Peter Wyngardes performance, a bit of an intellectual cheeky chappy I suppose. . The program may be a little dated but there are some very good guest stars and some of Wyngardes one liners are so funny. It's obviously a follow on from Department S which was also enjoyable to watch, but with the Jason King show Peter is in it much more which I feel is a plus for us viewers watching. I agree with a previous review who said they don't watch it for a mind blowing plot. It's simply great fun with a very charasmaric lead and it's very enjoyable to watch and the program is well produced with a very catchy theme tune.

Talking Pictures TV has just started showing this, I'm thrilled. A series to bring a smile to your face, humourous, enjoyable, corny but such great fun. It's fantastic to see the co-stars such as Burgess Meredith and Vincent Price and the fight scenes are hilarious.

The star of the show for me is Adam West who plays it so perfectly, I know no one is going to say he was a great actor but his performance is spot on for the program, taking it seriously was exactly what the show needed, he will always be remembered for this, which is not a bad epitaph. Theres so much to laugh at such as the climbing up the building scenes, so pleased it's back on television, I'm going to watch every episode.

Beautifully shot from start to finish. Great music, and some very fine performances, Henry Fonda is excellent playing against type. Also Jason Robards is terrific. My one and only criticism which stops it getting the top marks of 10 out of 10 is the casting of Charles Bronson. Luckily, he doesn't spoil the film as such, I just feel it would have been so much better to have cast a better actor. Bronson adds nothing to the part. Anyway, that's enough negativity, it's a film I watch every few years as it's so very well made it has great action sequences as well as some touching ones such as Robards demise.
