Don't waste your time. I would rather have cleaned the house... or even a stranger's house, as that would have been more interesting.
Terrible performances all round, apart from the mother who you see towards the end (you may remember her from season one of 'Them').
Cringe-worthy dialogue, very little action, people strangely telling secrets and bending to the will of the protagonist without so much of a "who the ×××× are you, Mr Suspicious?"
The only reason I watched it to the end was in the slightest hope that the film might redeem itself, and luckily, it did, although by 'redeem', I mean the last 30 minutes were slightly less awful.
I would have given less than three stars, but there are worse films.

I expected great fight scenes, great backdrop, some over acting, and a bit of fun. I got this.
The beginning was a good setup for the film and drew me in immediately. The main actor was very good.
The first half was actually better than I expected. It was well paced and gave you a good understanding of the character and how he finally felt at home with a new family while also not losing out on some action scenes. Plus, the environment was wonderfully dystopian and looked just what I imagined Kowloon would have been like.
The second half, OH MY, was a whimsical, non-sensical, over-the-top, non-stop fighting fest. It certainly wasn't 'The Raid' standard but it was still a fun watch.
Overall, totally worth a watch.

Not bad but not that great although certainly something worth passing time. But comparing it to the umbrella Academy and the boys is a no. Production Wise It's above B grade and the acting isn't awful.
Overall I would say this would appeal to audiences which enjoyed the Teen Wolf series and perhaps Buffy the Vampire Slayer although I rate Buffy the Vampire Slayer a little more.
I'm only three episodes in of a 10 episode season and I do hope it develops more. I will persevere as I did the 100 because that started quite bad acting wise especially became much more interesting in ongoing seasons. But I will say if you're not enjoying this by the third episode probably give it a pass.
