Malamut

This movie was stuck between genres. It wanted to be a mystery but also mixing up growing-up teen issues, that are always a part of the reunion stories. However, it did not work well, for me, because it took itself way too seriously. It needed more entertainment and humor. That could have been provided by adding a colour unhinged character like Stifler. It would have made the whole story a lot more interesting and also more versatile.

I watched it, mostly because I am a fan of Nina Dobrev, both visually and as an actor. The cast itself was good but the characters were not that intriguing, so this is why I gave it a score of 4.

Maybe the only good thing about this movie is the title - Nosferatu - it is intriguing, isn't it? You are thinking: What is that? So you wanna watch it.

But the movie itself is not good at all. It is unpleasant to watch. There are some old costumes but not much else.

The acting is a bit much - and over the top. The story - not the best story. It is horror but not too scary. Also, it is quite long, so you get bored at times.

The casting is also not very good. The daughter of a famous actor and some other nondescript actors.

I give it 2 stars - one for the title and one for the costumes, which looked authentic.

The film is aptly named gray, as it is something in the middle, a little bland and forgettable.

We have to admit the life of the CIA agents is exciting. However, the movie went overboard with the stunts and rather repetitive action sequences. On the plus side, we got a tour around the world (literally) and we saw the actors wear some nice clothes. I was astonished the movie's budget was that high.
