I have watched paint dry that is more entertaining than this drivel. Multiple plots that are half-stitched yet combining all of them still creates an incredibly boring 2 plus hours. This movie must have been created at the beginning of the war to torture terrorists; it is this bad.

I can't believe numerous stars went all in on this movie. I also can't believe people actually think it is a great movie. I guess two things: either 1) I am an incredibly stupid person that just doesn't get art (which I highly doubt) or 2) there is a cult of people who love being bored out of their minds and feel watching two plus hours of mind numbing garbage dialogue is the height of art and romance. If you fall into category 2 then I and my fellow mankind have nothing in common with you.

This movie needs to be buried at the bottom of the ocean so no future archeologists find it thinking that our time period was a period full of stupid, boring, vain peoples.

Doctor Quinn Medicine Woman is the epitome of a "mary sue". There is never a problem or challenge that Dr Quinn can't solve or overcome. Of course she always bests the men in anything she does showing them how weak, immature, and soft they are. Makes one ask the question, why even have men at all in this town? Even the great Sully (our white guy cosplaying Cheyenne) seems to get tongue tied or put in his place continuously when he tussles with DQ. Of course he is above all the other men and their Neanderthal ways. The other issue is that all the locals of the town are portrayed as stupid, backwards, and superstitious and only DQ can point them in the right direction, after the 5th episode of this trope does it start to become maddening and insulting.

If you are looking for a show with zero character development and enjoy seeing pure fantasy in the guise of a historical drama then this show is a pure gem. If you are looking for a show with character development and actual historical content then I would suggest moving on from this Jane Seymour ego project.

First off this show takes place in Toledo Ohio. There are no prairies in NW Ohio. People in Toledo also don't bull ride (except in a few bars), wear cowboy hats (unless attending one of those bars), or speak in a southern accents. Toledo is in NorthWest Ohio. Toledo is a great town but it isn't a western town. I guess every one in LA thinks anything outside of LA is all the same.

This show had so much promise, but when they took it out of the classroom this show went downhill. The show was hilarious when it put emphasis on the kids and Jack with the principal sprinkled in. This episode is a true jump the shark moment. I can see why it was canned after this season. They should have kept the spotlight on the kids and Jack.
