How to tell a 30 minute story in 98 minutes. This is a pretty interesting story with some great visuals, real-time footage and personal accounts for the first 30-40 minutes or so - then they drag it out into a seemingly endless story about who knows what. It feels completely disrespectful to the viewer. A sad story for sure, and one in which everyone knew the risk they were taking when they chose to set foot into the crater of the an active volcano. Why producers need to exploit human tragedy is beyond me and why they need to drag out the heart-breaking story to meet some pre-defined time requirement is infuriating.

Oh dear. I am not sure which high school drama class was responsible for this travesty of a movie but it is unquestionably one of the worst films I have seen in the past decade. An absolutely ridiculous script with terrible acting. This abomination relies on loud scary sound effects, ominous music and recurring dismembered body parts in an effort to retain the viewer's attention or attempt to have some sort of cinematic relevance. There are no redeeming qualities to this film, it fails on all fronts - even the car chase actions seems are sophomoric and absolutely laughable - like the college kids who produced this disaster were excited to get their hands on an Audi and Beemer for the weekend. Incredibly bad.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible writer/producer, ridiculous go nowhere story line that will put you to sleep in minutes. It is amazing that garbage like this gets made into a movie.
