"The Assessment" paints a picture of a dystopian future that feels like a worst-case scenario come to life. The film is relentless in its bleakness, offering no comedic relief or moments of hope to break up the oppressive atmosphere. While the vision is certainly powerful, the lack of anything positive or uplifting makes the experience a tough watch. The biggest relief the movie provided was when it was finally over. If you're looking for a film that challenges and unsettles, this might be for you, but don't expect any light at the end of the tunnel.
That said, Elizabeth Olsen's acting was a pleasant surprise, she brought real depth to her role, and I hope to see more of her in the future.

TLDR: If you appreciate visual artistry and cinematography, Watchmen might be worth watching. Otherwise, it's a film best admired from a distance.
This is a film that immediately captivates with its stunning visuals and exceptional cinematography. The artistry on display is truly impressive, making the movie worth watching for its visual experience alone.
However, the story itself is relentlessly dark and graphic, offering little in the way of hope or redemption. The narrative often feels chaotic and unhinged, which may leave some viewers feeling disoriented. Unfortunately, the characters lack depth, making it difficult to form any real connection or empathy with them.
By the end, the film leaves you with a sense of despair and even frustration, as if the Comedian played a joke on you for watching it.

It's sad that Hollywood go to such a great length to deliver a bad movie.
They invested a ton on CGI but despite that it looks fake and forced. Everywhere you can see the cheap scenarios, bad acting and a plot that goes nowhere.
Typical new culture values faithfully presented to a fault makes it cliche. We will watch this movies in 10/15 years from now and we'll laugh at this poor attempts to show an ethnic reality that doesn't exist in our day to day lives.
Under no circumstance is watchable movie. I lost a few neurons watching it and I'm trying to save some of yours. Just about it. You've been warned.
