I've always appreciated one shot scenes (Tarentino in Four Rooms is my favorite). But to do an entire episode with such gripping content is absolutely amazing!! And if that weren't enough, the Cinematography just knocked it out of the park. Cooper's acting was raw and complex, and really pulled you into the horid imagery. As much as I want to recommend this episode to any cinephile for its technical brilliance alone, I equally want to protect people from the vile content.
I remember when this all happened and I remember hearing what their defense was, but I never imagined it could even be this horrific. Even taking artistic license into account, if just a portion of what was said in this episode actually happened, it's no wonder they said enough.

It's rare to find a moving that touches my love of sci-fi and my heart. This movie accomplishes both in amazing and subtle ways. Thank you.
Thanks for a spectacular ride! Looking forward to the next season.
I cried and laughed and blah, blah, blah. CGI was great, but I can't get past all the subtext to create plot rules and then completley blow them put of the water. I can think of about 5 minutes of scenes and a slightly different way to handle the last moments of the battle that would have covered those holes. I can't believe no one said "Hang on a minute. This wont work."
I don't see fat shaming at all. I see the truth of how people view both fat and skinny. I also see so many other social situations that are taboo to talk about or that have a specific stereotype. This show did an amazing job with the dark humor and the seriousness of those situations. Great job!! I really hope there's a second season.
So grateful to have a show with wit and clever character building. Looking forward to seeing the dance between Eve and Villanelle. I believe the two are going to shine on screen.
...and I see this movie as an amazing version. No, it's not the book, but if you see it as a separate entity, it's amazing.
The CGI...the CONSTANT pop culture references...the video game immersion that all gamers dream of...the humor....the intense moments...it's everything a movie should be...
I will always love the book for what it is...but I'm loving the movie for what it is.
(I read the book 4 times and recently...so this isn't just visual satisfaction)
