Broke Sky is one of those movies that brings out many different feelings, while watching this movie, I was scared, sad, I laughed, it's an amazing story of these simple guys doing simple jobs, but without expecting the movie turns dark and by the end of the movie you have so many questions, and you have to truly think hard to make the connections and understand the reasons why this simple guy acted that way, I think is because the story was so well written. I watch a lot of movies, but very seldom, I take the time to write down my feelings and impressions. I only do that, when I find an unforgettable day, like the day I went to watch this movie at Universal Studios.

I was extremely surprised by this movie. The story seemed so real, the talent very well picked, true locations, the situations, everything in this movie is perfect without any exaggeration as many Brazilian movies are such as City of God or Quixote. This movie deserves much more than a 6.6, in my opinion is a 9. It's believable, I am sure it's base in somebody's true life story. Great movie. Must see! If you are looking for great singers, there four amazing singers in this movie. These are real talented singers; girls that should be professionals unlike so many professionals here in the US who cannot actually sing, they make it because of how they are marketed, not because they can sing. In any case, here in the US a movie is considered good based on how much money the movie made, it is not based on how good the movie is; also when you have Stars in a bad movie, still makes money, because the viewers have no clue. It's all about money, nothing else.

I am 49 years old and took a friend last night who is 80 years old, we had such a great time, we cried, it was so so funny. Hugh Grand is so cute! It's a perfect movie! The only other movie that I enjoyed this much, this season was "Volver" with Penelope Cruz. Both movie were worth the money! It made me think that it is still possible to make good music, and watching Hugh Grant dance, and been able to see his botton is really a nice change. Who invented the fashion that no one can see men's figure anymore is just a person without a body sense, the same way a man likes to see women's figure, a woman like to see a man's silluete as well. Something to think about, this movies contains good music and good fashion. The songs are telling love stories, just like it's supposed to.
