My lovely wife found this for me shortly after if first came out. I've pretty much binge watched all of the episodes. There are only 10, I'm not sure if there will be more the whole thing seemed to be based on archival footage of dash cams, body worn cameras, and chopper video. I suspect some of the interviews were done well after the events happened since in some cases the suspects sentences were included. That's not a bad thing as it gave those episodes some closure which you don't usually get on reality cop shows. I hope they have more it was entertaining. I always have to wonder when the interviews are done if the person involved was really thinking what they say they were thinking. I've got over a thousand hours in a news chopper doing basically the same thing they are but a little higher and all I'm concerned with is keeping the shot in frame and focus. If you're like me and a sucker for a good car chase this is a must watch.

With all due apologies to the old Highway Patrol series with Broderick Crawford. Ok, my lovely wife found this on Discovery Plus this weekend and I knew this was going to be a binge watch and it was. I was familiar with a couple of these chases from the news. It was an adrenaline packed thrill ride from one end of the other. The B Roll is nicely done and the views of the officers are insightful although having multiple chases under my belt with a couple of thousand hours in news helicopters filming them and calling the action and location in the newsroom, I'd be willing to bet a lot of the thoughts they say were going through their heads were actually afterthoughts. Anyway if you're a true crime fan, you can't go wrong with this one. I can only hope there is a second season and if there is may I recommend a near 3 hour epic that occurred in Charlotte NC on July 7, 2022. My station had tons of exclusive video from our chopper and at one point had to monitor the chase for the local police when they had to send their helicopter back to the airport for more gas.
