I found the story a drab to watch and digest about the misfortunes of an adopted orphan and her brother continuously putting her faith and hope in humans to question. It is a joyless watch with the occasional snide or funny remark that enlightens this heavy existence
To make matters worse the colours are all shades of brown and there is nothing to enliven the proceedings. I do not know for what purpose these films are made? Maybe people who feel shellshocked assimiliate or like such features?
Even the dialogue or absence of it makes it harder to watch as the girl orphan narrates the whole story and proceedings with the occasional input from her brother I found it a waste of time but technically, the movement, the animation, the shots are very good.

I thoroughly loved this watch. A whodunit movie in the White House where everything is sent up for laughs and at times poignant observations.
All the characters seem to have an absurd side to them that by time is revealed to be the consequence of something else. The main detective herself ties up the proceedings nicely but all the cast are top notch. Although there is a mystery going on as to who killed AB, it is more like a comedy caper exposing the layers on humane levels beneath the polished exteriors.
The shots, camera work, proceedings are vibrant and hilarious at times. It lovingly pokes fun at the Australian delegation but no one is safe in this sharp satire laced with irony Very well done and hope there will be more of this.

This film about an apparent child abduction starts quiet well and intriguing. This sets a pace which is hard for the rest of the film to catch up probably because the director was not interested in the mystery/thriller aspect per se but more about the character and her development throughout all this - think like an Atom Egoyan film
I wished there was more urgency shown to the proceedings and less than the usual red herring situations thrown in. Although the film centred around the main character it was short of shy to bring her inner turmoil to the fore
Still I liked it and liked the twist ending if you can call it that.
