Yes, a big despite for me... The synthesis pictures are very used, but their quality is very variable. The buildings are very well made, but the computer-animated actors are awful and not credible in the film with real actors in same scenes. I cant understand why Enki Bilal has not done the choice of making a movie only in synthesis or only with real actors. The special effects for the explosions are very bad. Sometimes, I had the impression that I was not watching a movie but a cinematic of a (bad) videogame. The scenario is a free adaptation of the comics of the author. But the movie, in two hours, can not give to the spectator the main informations about the story, and many questions are not elucted in the end of the movie. It's very frustating. I did'nt find the actor's performance so good to... I will finish on a good point, the soundtrack of the movie is very good!

La Revolution Francaise is not a Great Movie, but is very interesting historically speaking. It shows the spectator the most important aspects of the french revolution, without forgetting one. The actors are good, Danton, Desmoulins, Robespierre, Marat, all these great historical characters are good played by Brandauer, Cluzet etc... So I advice to see this movie, which is more pleasant than an history lesson in school! And the music, epic, is a good point for the movie!
