Here is what I took from the movie: a bloated, disjointed mess that mistakes chaos for depth.
The Writing - Lazy and Predictable
We've seen the plot a hundred times: dirty cops, drug deals gone wrong, one man against the system. Nothing new here.
Characters are paper-thin. Even Tom Hardy can't save this. You never really care what happens to anyone.
The dialogue is cringy at times, full of clichés and forced drama. It tries to sound gritty but lands like a bad first draft.
Direction - All Style, No Control
Evans leans too hard on visual flair and forgets the basics. The action scenes are over-edited and lack the clean impact that made The Raid iconic.
The tone is all over the place, profound one moment, weirdly offbeat the next. You never know how you're supposed to feel.
Worst of all, the world feels fake. It's a supposedly grimy underworld shot like a music video with CGI smoke and moody lighting.
Final Take Havoc looks like a gritty thriller but feels like a parody of one. The bones of a good movie are buried under lousy writing and indulgent directing. It's not the worst movie ever made, but it might be one of the most disappointing ones.

Stealing ideas is a common practice in Iran, and here another stolen idea turned into a TV show with terrible production and performance.
The Original show is called LoL: The last Laughing.
Since Iran doesn't respect copyrights and you can hardly find natural creativity and talent in the country, they have stolen this idea and produced everything precisely the way the original show did.
This is not the first time, and it will not be the last time. There are plenty of movies and shows that Iranian writers have stolen, and producers and directors have copied with even zero difference from the original.

Java Razavian is a good actor but has zero knowledge of writing or directing.
Everything about this movie is awful. Even a child could make a movie much better than the mess Javad Razavian has created.
